Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team in Florida stores. Under a preceptor, you’ll apply didactic knowledge, follow a comprehensive training roadmap, and gain hands-on experience across store, district, and regional operations.

You’ll learn to assist with dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations where allowed, and to operate within SOPs while delivering empathetic, safe patient care and service.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in ACPE accredited college/school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Learn SOPs and participate in customer service within a pharmacy setting.
• Support immunizations and other patient care services where allowed by state law.
