Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to join our retail pharmacy teams in Florida. You will apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a structured training roadmap with KLEs and leadership interaction.

You’ll help ensure safe, timely prescription processing and patient care while learning store operations and policy adherence. You’ll gain hands-on experience in immunizations, counseling, and collaborative practice as you prepare for a pharmacist

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy required or enrolled.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure in progress as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs and hands-on practice.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately within SOPs.
• Provide patient care and counseling under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist when appropriate.
• Support inventory tasks and daily pharmacy operations as directed by leadership.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and CVS policies.
