Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice under a preceptor, following a comprehensive training roadmap across KLEs and district operations.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly and safely, learn SOPs, provide empathetic service, and may support immunizations and other services where allowed, while traveling to stores in the market as needed.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or acceptance.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete training roadmap with KLEs and leadership exposure.
• Assist pharmacists to ensure safe, accurate prescription filling.
• Provide compassionate customer service and support pharmacy operations.
• Learn SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Travel within market stores as needed.
