Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in CVS locations, helping with prescription fulfillment, patient interactions, and clinical services under supervision. This part-time role offers training and opportunities to learn immunization practices and expand clinical knowledge.

You will work closely with licensed pharmacists, follow SOPs, and contribute to safe patient care while developing professional skills in a retail pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy is required or actively enrolled.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians with prescription processing under supervision.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate dispensing.
• Provide empathetic patient service and support immunization efforts where allowed.
• Counsel patients and collect medical history information when appropriate under supervision.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.

Education

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Valid intern/technician licensure in progress
