Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in stores and develop skills for increasing responsibility. You will follow SOPs, assist with prescription fulfillment, and provide patient care under pharmacist supervision.

This part-time role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include counseling patients, answering medical questions, assisting with immunizations when qualified, and contributing to inventory and team

Qualifications

Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists and technicians manage and improve patient health.
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
Counsel patients and answer medical questions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Assist with immunizations and other services as allowed by state regulations and training.
Support inventory activities and maintain accurate records and compliance.
