Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support the pharmacist and pharmacy team in delivering patient-focused care. You will learn to use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, assist with prescriptions, and contribute to a distinctive customer experience.

Under supervision, you will participate in patient counseling and health services within state scope of practice, while adhering to policy and quality standards. This is a hands-on learning role in a real-world setting.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a School of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Help create a positive customer experience by greeting customers and answering questions.
• Assist the pharmacist and pharmacy team with entering, third party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Support inventory management and store operations to ensure stocked, clean and orderly Pharmacy areas.
• Engage with customers to provide information on products and services and resolve issues.
