Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply your didactic learning and real-world practice under a preceptor. You will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days to prepare for a Pharmacist role, supporting pharmacy teams to deliver safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service.

As you gain tenure, you will take on greater accountability, assist with immunizations, DUR, counseling, and regulatory compliance, traveling to stores as needed to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate and eligibility for pharmacist licensure.
• Ability to obtain required licensure within state guidelines.
• Intern and/or technician licensure in process or possession.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor.
• Participate in immunizations and drug utilization reviews as allowed.
