Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learnings in real-world practice within our CVS Health stores. Under the supervision of a preceptor and district leader, you will complete a 120-day training roadmap to deepen knowledge of operations, patient safety, and pharmacology services.

As you progress, you will take on greater accountability in pharmacy operations, assist with immunizations where allowed, and grow toward a Pharmacist role while ensuring compassionate,

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate must be completed before starting the program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines within the required timeframe.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Provide customer service and counseling; support immunizations and other services where permitted.
