Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Fulfillment Technology Integration Lead to drive fulfillment technology projects, including process and software enhancements, across fulfillment operations, technology teams, vendors and facilities. The role emphasizes optimizing resources and minimizing risk.

You will manage requirements gathering, quotations, contracting and go‑live efforts, secure organizational alignment, and ensure budgets and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in automated pharmacy fulfillment, particularly in a core reflex enabled environment.
• Extensive prescription fulfillment experience in most aspects of technical processing.
• Broad knowledge of frontend prescription processing and its impact on fulfillment requirements, particularly NDC selection and adjudication.
• Hands-on prescription fulfillment and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment technology/pharmacy automation projects with adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources for efficient and effective delivery of results.
• Develop timely and thorough development of requirements expressing the desired operational and quality impacts.
• Obtain organizational alignment and buy-in on fulfillment changes.
• Achieve each project\'s ROI as expressed in budgets and project charters.
• Implement projects and create go-live processes and resources.
• Embody AnewHealth\'s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
