Job summary

Dragonfly Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Technician to coordinate daily pharmacy fulfillment workflows, ensure prescriptions are processed safely and on time, and serve as a hands-on resource for the team.

You will mentor technicians, help optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and partner with supervisors to implement process improvements while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of dispensing.
• At least one year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Strong working knowledge of pharmacy fulfillment workflows and technician responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate daily fulfillment workflow, priorities, and coverage to ensure prescriptions are processed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Monitor workload throughout the shift and adjust technician assignments and workstation coverage as business needs change.
• Remain hands-on in fulfillment while serving as a go-to resource for workflow questions and more complex processing issues.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges, workflow interruptions, system issues, and barriers that could impact timely fulfillment.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Fulfillment Technicians while reinforcing standard processes and quality expectations.
• Partner with supervisors and pharmacists on scheduling needs, operational initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
• Maintain proficiency across fulfillment functions to step in where needed and help ensure continuity of pharmacy operations
