Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our Pharmacy Operations team on-site from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will oversee fulfillment technicians, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and support team development.

Join a growing team focused on personalized care and continuous improvement. The role requires CPhT certification and at least one year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or production setting.

Qualifications

• Must be CPhT certified (PTCB preferred but not required).
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or production.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work designated PM shift hours and flexibility to support business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workflows to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with QA, Planning, and Inventory Control to resolve operational challenges and drive improvements.
• Lead daily shift huddles and support effective communication across shifts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and report KPIs and assist in achieving departmental goals.
• Participate in and lead root-cause investigations and CAPA activities as necessary.
