Job summary

Polaris Pharmacy Services is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee and lead the delivery order fulfillment and bulk medication fulfillment processes. You will coordinate packaging, staffing, and inventory to ensure timely, accurate order completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations and state of practice.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years managing day-to-day operating activities of a healthcare environment or long-term care pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of fulfillment personnel associated with packaging/dispensing, bulk fulfillment, staging and delivery.
• Coordinate stock medication expiration date weekly reviews.
• Ensure inventory levels and packaging activities provide sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Coordinate packaging, dispensing and staging activities across the department.
• Meet delivery deadlines through effective delivery coordination.
• Assist with interviewing processes and hire appropriately qualified staff for the pharmacy.
