Job summary

The position requires supervision experience in a pharmacy/fulfillment context, willingness to obtain AZ Pharmacy Technician licensure, and ability to work a schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain or maintain AZ Pharmacy Technician licensure.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or production.
• Ability to work in a production environment with physical requirements.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting pharmacy fulfillment and inventory operations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and layout optimization
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, safety, warehousing, and shipping regulations
• Partner with leadership on reporting, metrics, and improvement initiatives
• Support automation and equipment training as required
