Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota seeks a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee fulfillment technicians and daily workflows. You will train staff, manage schedules, and ensure timely, accurate medication preparation for courier delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required by state; National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage and schedule technicians to ensure workflow within budgeted labor and Rx.
• Develop training materials and update as needed.
• Evaluate and modify workflow processes to meet deadlines and accuracy targets.
• Ensure medications are complete and accurate before scheduled departures for courier delivery.
• Assign and manage work volume and monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Lead daily automation audits to ensure packaging and filling accuracy.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback with improvement goals.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
