Noom is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager to own the pharmacy and supply chain logistics for Noom Med. You’ll manage vendor relationships, oversee inventory, and ensure timely delivery of GLP-1 kits, diagnostic tools, and supplements.

You’ll act as a liaison between patients, Care Coordinators, and pharmacy partners, driving operational excellence. You will forecast demand, manage replenishment cycles, and analyze large datasets to improve strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 4+ years experience in mature supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, or pharmacy operations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment performance across pharmacy and 3PL partners with SLA adherence.
• Oversee medication order ticketing, resolve delays and replacements.
• Coordinate communication between patients, Care Coordinators, and pharmacy partners.
• Maintain SKU-level inventory visibility across locations and support month-end reconciliation.
• Forecast demand, manage replenishment cycles, and coordinate transfers.
