Job summary

Noom is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager to own pharmacy and supply chain logistics for Noom Med. You will manage vendor relations, oversee inventory, and ensure timely delivery of GLP-1 kits and health products, coordinating with patients, Care Coordinators, and pharmacy partners.

This hands-on, high-impact role blends strategic planning with daily execution. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in mature supply chain or healthcare operations, strong data analysis skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Must analyze large datasets and identify trends.
• Experience with pharmacy, supply chain, or inventory systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with medical professionals and patients.
• Comfortable navigating digital healthcare platforms and ERP-like tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment performance across pharmacy and 3PL partners and ensure SLA adherence.
• Oversee the medication order ticketing system and resolve shipment issues.
• Liaise between patients, Care Coordinators, and pharmacy teams for seamless communication.
• Maintain SKU-level inventory visibility across locations and support month-end reconciliation.
• Forecast demand, manage replenishment cycles, and coordinate transfers.
• Analyze data to improve inventory and fulfillment strategies.
• Assist with new launches by coordinating with Engineering and Product.
• Handle Help Desk tickets and ensure timely resolution with Care Coordinators.
• Evaluate and implement tools like IMS or ERP-lite solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale Noom Med offerings.
