Blink Health in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations Lead to supervise technicians, optimize daily dispensing workflows, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will onboard, coach, and support the team while driving performance improvements under senior leadership. Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with high-volume pharmacy operations.

Competenze

• 2-3 years in operations or team-support environments
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Healthcare, Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field; diploma acceptable
• Familiarity with pharmacy/fulfillment operations and regulatory requirements
• Experience with high-volume workflows and KPI tracking
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort with basic data tools and workflow platforms

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise Pharmacy Technicians to ensure quality patient and client care
• Monitor workload distribution and address imbalances; meet KPIs and SLAs
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, and performance development of staff
• Manage dock operations, safety protocols, and inbound/outbound freight
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; escalate issues as needed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across teams
• Communicate daily priorities and policy updates to the team
