BlinkRx LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Operations Leader to manage a team of pharmacists and leads, ensuring clinical safety and quality within a highly regulated setting. This onsite, full-time role guides operations, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with product teams.

You will drive hiring, onboarding, and training, calibrate leads, and partner with senior leaders to meet SLAs and regulatory standards while promoting an engaging, high-performance

Competenze

• Be accountable for clinical safety and quality of prescriptions managed and fulfilled.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate teams and develop talent over the long term.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ direct reports including leads.
• Lifelong learner with ability to use data/tech to optimize processes.
