Job summary

Blink Health is hiring a Fulfillment Process Specialist (Pharmacy) in Chesterfield, MO. You will support daily department duties, manage labor, monitor workflows, and coach technicians to ensure high performance in a fast-paced fulfillment setting.

The role requires an active pharmacy technician license and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of pharmacy processes and compliance. On-site with potential weekend or extended shifts.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy processes, protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, train, and support team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A track record of strong performance and a drive to raise the bar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed to meet operational demands.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, proactively monitoring workflow volumes, and assigning job duties
• Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of technician and associate performance
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve quality and performance in fulfillment operations. Communicate these opportunities and collaborate with leadership and other pertinent stakeholders to improve results
• Coach associates and technicians in best practices and address knowledge gaps and opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all fulfillment roles and function as a catalyst for change
• Review and assist in updating SOPs as needed
• Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
• Fill in as needed with production duties

• Shifts: (Sun-Wed) 07:00am-5:00PM or Wed-Sat)07:00am-5:00PM.
