Job summary

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license/registration in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in high-volume fulfillment, mail-order, or central fill.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy processes, protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, train, and support team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A track record of strong performance and a drive to raise the bar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily department duties, including allocating labor and leading meetings.
• Proactively monitor workflow volumes and assign job duties.
• Track performance and provide feedback on technician and associate performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve quality and fulfillment performance.
• Coach associates and technicians in best practices and address knowledge gaps.
• Review and update SOPs as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Fill in as needed with production duties.
