Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Pharmacy license eligibility within 1 year of hire.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review forecasts and determine productivity to meet building objectives.
• Balance labor with other Area Managers to run efficient shifts.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
• Lead pharmacy associates to ensure timely PillPack orders.
• Communicate data insights and manage multiple priorities.
