Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota, part of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is hiring in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Join a growing team delivering medication management solutions for seniors and complex-care clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, workflow optimization, and ensuring timely and accurate dispensing with a strong focus on quality and compliance. Starting pay range is $25-$28 per hour for a full-time, on-site position.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license/cert/registration required per state; national certification preferred (PTCB).
• 5+ years related experience; advanced computer skills; deadline-driven; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, and schedule technicians to meet workflow within budgeted labor; minimize overtime.
• Develop training materials and update as needed.
• Improve and modify workflow processes to meet deadlines and accuracy targets.
• Ensure all medications are complete and accurate before departure for courier.
• Assign workload to technicians and measure productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure Fulfillment technicians are trained in their areas within set timeframes.
• Coordinate daily automation audits for accurate packaging and filling of meds.
• Assist with quarterly inventory prep and physical inventory.
• Collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth workflow and policy compliance.
