Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 5+ years of related experience; advanced computer proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, and schedule technicians to ensure adequate coverage.
• Develop training materials for departments and update as needed.
• Evaluate and modify workflow processes to meet deadlines and efficiency targets.
• Ensure all medications are complete and accurate prior to departures for courier delivery.
• Assign and manage work volume appropriate to each technician’s duties.
