Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota, a member of the Guardian family, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our rapidly growing Eden Prairie team. We focus on delivering customized medication management solutions to support seniors and individuals with complex care needs, with a tech-enabled suite and a dedicated staff.

Starting pay range is $19-$21 per hour with Monday–Friday 10am–7pm. This role assists in general pharmacy duties, supports filling medications, and ensures accurate, timely

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills including pharmacy software experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filling medication orders.
• Prioritize work to meet delivery schedule.
• Pull labels and sort orders for fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery dashboard and ensure steps are completed.
• Prepare controlled medications for delivery as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized scanning area and totes.
