Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with all Federal and State regulations. You will oversee medication preparation, verify orders, and support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Candidates should have a PharmD or B.Pharm and a current Minnesota pharmacist license, plus 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacist degree or PharmD with licensure in Minnesota.
  • 1+ year of related pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare medications for final dispensing and packaging.
  • Review orders and cycle-fill medications for accuracy.
  • Verify legality and feasibility of dispensing based on allergies and interactions.
  • Adhere to Federal and State Board regulations and compounding guidelines.
  • Oversee technicians and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Log medication error occurrences and restock supplies as needed.
