Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota seeks an on-site Fulfillment Supervisor in Eden Prairie, MN to lead daily operations of fulfillment technicians and manage schedules to maintain quality and service. The role requires a Pharmacy Technician license/certification, 5+ years of related experience, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 5+ years of related experience; technical knowledge may substitute for experience.
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications related to department operations and job function.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, and schedule technicians to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted labor/Rx.
• Develop training materials for departments and update as needed.
• Evaluate and modify workflow processes to meet deadlines and efficiency targets.
• Ensure medications are complete and accurate before scheduled departures for courier delivery.
• Lead by example and provide feedback and performance goals.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
