Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic PC skills to operate standard software and printers.
• Basic search engine skills and online forms familiarity.
• Intermediate keyboarding (25 WPM) and ability to type accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations by entering data into the system per Walgreens procedures.
• Run automated machinery and sort medications to move inventory through workflow with quality control.
• Count, fill, label, pack and ship prescriptions; maintain workspace and equipment.
• Resolve third party rejects by reviewing data and resubmitting per plan requirements.
• Assist pharmacists and communicate issues to senior staff as needed.
