Job summary

Kroger in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Pharmacy Leader to oversee all aspects of on-site pharmacy practice, staff leadership, and budget management. You will drive customer service excellence, oversee pricing and generic utilization, and ensure inventory control to maximize profitability.

The role requires a Pharm.D. from a U.S. school, active Pharmacist license, and 2+ years of retail experience. On-site position with a 45K sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or PharmD degree from an accredited US school.
• 2+ years related retail experience
• Must be licensed Pharmacist
• 21+ years of age
• Commitment to customer service

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model leadership.
• Develop and promote the sales plan for the division pharmacy department.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Direct pharmacy team to meet labor, inventory, and budget goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle related issues.
• Schedule staff to optimize coverage and control labor costs.
• Maintain records per laws and policies.
• Lead public health initiatives and disease state management programs.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
