Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Director specialized in pharmacy finance within the Financial and Analytics team. The role focuses on designing, financing and managing pharmacy benefit programs for diverse clients in North America, drawing on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

You will lead a team of consultants, coordinate with the pharmacy practice, and drive financial modeling, pricing reviews and vendor negotiations to deliver value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work individually and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to review and perform financial analyses.
• Develop client analyses and documents for pricing/contracts.
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services and pricing.
• Design, distribute and evaluate RFPs, renewals and market checks.
• Lead project delivery with budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior colleagues on the pharmacy financial team.
• Present complex pharmacy benefit financial strategies to internal partners and clients.
