Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student rotation schedules for IPPE and APPE.
• On-board and renew preceptors; manage site assignments.
• Maintain data in CORE ELMS and Canvas.
• Develop and communicate policies for program improvement.
• Provide support to students, preceptors, and faculty.
• Assist with scheduling-related reporting and communications.
