Qualifications

• Education and licensure in Texas pharmacist practice.
• ASHP residency or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and coordinate learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an educational resource for pharmacy activities.
• Mentor and support students, staff, residents, and peers.
• Develop curriculum and learning plans.
• Coordinate new employee orientation program.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Promote safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care.
• Collaborate with departments to plan facility-level education.
• Support and evaluate patient education activities.
