Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Pharmacy Coordinator to support district pharmacy scheduling and payroll. You will manage pharmacist templates, coverage plans, and vacation balances, ensuring timely payroll submissions and adherence to policy.

The role also involves vaccine clinic scheduling and general administrative duties to support market operations. The position is non-exempt, 30 hours weekly, with potential to augment through local pharmacy work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Pharmacy technician licensure/certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• 1–3 years of retail/corporate experience required; 3–5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain pharmacist schedules for district stores with templates and coverage plans.
• Submit pharmacist payroll weekly; record time off and location-specific requirements.
• Seasonally schedule vaccine clinics three weeks ahead and adjust staffing as needed.
• Support additional administrative tasks as directed by Rx DL and ensure compliance.
