Titan Placement Group is seeking a Pharmacy Director in Lynchburg, Virginia to lead outpatient pharmacy operations as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge. You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee dispensing operations while coordinating with clinical and financial leadership to improve medication access.

This leadership role emphasizes expanding pharmacy services in an underserved community and requires strong regulatory knowledge with experience supervising teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia pharmacist license and DEA registration
• At least 3 years of pharmacist experience
• Willingness to be Pharmacist-in-Charge
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, compliance and dispensing operations
• Ability to supervise pharmacy staff and daily operations
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Commitment to independent leadership, collaboration and patient-centered care
