Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Current South Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing.
• At least 5 years of pharmacy experience with management.
• Minimum 3 years in the 340B field.

Mansioni

• Supervises pharmacists; conducts performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Develops and updates pharmacy policy and procedure.
• Ensures efficient operation within guidelines.
• Reviews, negotiates, and implements pharmacy contracts with CMO.
• Coordinates monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Participates in CQI initiatives.
• Leads clinical initiatives with clinical directors; ensures 340B program integrity.
