Titan Placement Group is seeking a Pharmacy Director in Lynchburg, Virginia to lead outpatient pharmacy operations as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia pharmacist license and DEA registration
• At least 3 years of pharmacist experience
• Willingness to be Pharmacist-in-Charge
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, compliance and dispensing operations
• Ability to supervise pharmacy staff and daily operations
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Commitment to independent leadership, collaboration and patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually
• Medical insurance with 80% of employee premiums covered by the employer
