Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst I, II, or III for a Hybrid role across multiple US offices, including Fargo. You will design complex reports, run advanced SQL, and analyze pharmacy data to support strategic decisions and financial outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and several years of data analysis experience, with proficiency in Oracle tools, Snowflake, SQL, and VBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field plus 2 years' relevant data analysis experience.
• Multiple levels require progressively more SQL/reporting mastery and healthcare data knowledge.
• STARS and MES experience strongly preferred for Level II/III.
• Knowledge of provider data systems, claims, membership, pricing, and reimbursement beneficial.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify SQL; validate accuracy of own and team outputs.
• Analyze healthcare services data, utilization, costs, trends, enrollment, and revenue by provider or member.
• Conduct statistical analyses and data modeling; communicate results clearly.
• Maintain and develop information reporting systems; gather requirements from users.
• Develop data validation routines to ensure warehouse data integrity.
• Mentor junior analysts and support cross-department training.
