Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst to collect and analyze pharmacy-related data and develop reports for management decision‑making. You will compile analytical reports, define report scope, and oversee ad hoc reporting including 340B considerations, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.

The role emphasizes accuracy, statistical reporting, and collaboration with pharmacy teams to drive improvements across outcomes and cost management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Required Credential(s)

Preferred Credential(s)

• Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board.
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association.
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
