• Documents calls in the computerized records system.
• Enters customer orders and updates demographic information in the system.
• Reads and analyzes patient orders; understands pharmacy terminology.
• Interacts with coworkers and patients effectively; supports trainee staff.
• Calculates figures related to frequency and doses dispensed; follows oral/written instructions.
