Job summary

Lincare Holdings seeks a detail-oriented frontline representative to communicate with customers, answer questions, and support physician-directed care. The role includes documenting calls, entering orders, and verifying patient information within our computerized systems.

Primary responsibilities include education on products/services, ensuring accuracy of orders, and assisting with training of staff while maintaining compliance with physician instructions and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assess compliance with physician orders.
• Educate customers regarding products/services.
• Document calls in a computerized record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in a computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze patient orders.
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist in training employees.
• Calculate figures for frequencies and doses dispensed.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
