Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, assist the pharmacist, and support daily store operations. You will greet customers, process transactions, and help locate products while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

You will work under supervision in pharmacy-related tasks, entering patient information, and supporting prescription processing. Training in PTCB and ongoing CE credits are encouraged to stay current with healthcare

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service on the cash register.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with processing prescriptions and entering patient information.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, stock shelves, and price merchandise as directed.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Respond to prescription changes and medical inquiries following Walgreens policies.
• Guide customers to OTC and shelf locations and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
• Participate in training and maintain knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy operations.
