Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an enthusiastic team member to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the register and throughout the store, assisting pharmacists under supervision and processing prescriptions accurately. You will greet customers, recommend products, maintain clean shelves, and support pharmacy operations including inventory and billing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math and prescription counting accuracy preferred.
• Good computer skills and inventory control knowledge preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and process prescriptions.
• Operate cash register, handle returns and exchanges.
• Stock shelves, price items, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support pharmacy with inventory management and claims processing.
• Provide photo area assistance and web pickup support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct.
