Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a distinctive in-store experience in a fast-paced setting. You will greet customers, assist with products, and process prescriptions under supervision, ensuring accurate pharmacy workflow and patient safety.

Expect duties across register operations, merchandising, inventory, and basic pharmacy support, with opportunities to earn PTCB certification and grow within the Walgreens team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for dispensing accuracy and counting medications.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing and pharmacy tasks.
• Register purchases, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Support pharmacy operations, including entering patient and drug information and verifying accuracy.
