Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends items and assists with product placement and inventory management.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, error reporting, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provides customer service in various store areas, including photo services and web order pickups.
8. Maintains store cleanliness and organization.
9. Participates in training, maintains certifications, and adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
