Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practices, including using pharmacy systems for prescription processing.
4. Engage with customers, resolve issues, and promote a positive experience.
5. Handle transactions, recommend products, maintain store cleanliness, and manage inventory.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including prescription accuracy, inventory, and legal compliance.
7. Provide photo services and web order fulfillment.
8. Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
9. Participate in training, maintain certifications, and develop healthcare and pharmacy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, and PTCB certification.
• Good math, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control are preferred.

Additional Information
