Customer Experience
  • Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Handles non-urgent telephone calls, processes third-party claims, and performs clerical duties as assigned.
  • Supports inventory management, maintains knowledge of asset protection, and files claims for warehouse issues.
  • Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
  • Constructs and maintains displays, completes resets, and assists with product placement and stock rotation.
  • Provides photo services, manages web pick-up orders, and maintains store cleanliness and appearance.
  • Follows all policies and procedures, maintains respectful relationships, and completes assigned tasks.
Training & Personal Development
  • Earns and maintains PTCB certification and/or state certification/registration.
  • Attends training, completes continuing education, and stays updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include:
