Job Responsibilities
  • Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Assists the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Customer Experience
  • Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
  • Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
  • Recommends items and assists in locating products.
  • Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and assists customers in-store.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of store areas, manages inventory, and ensures proper merchandising.
  • Supports pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, verification, and error reporting.
  • Handles communication with physicians and third-party claims processing.
  • Supports inventory management and ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Assists in store displays, product placement, and stock rotation.
  • Provides photo services and web order fulfillment.
  • Maintains store appearance and supports team relationships.
Training & Personal Development
  • Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
