This role involves providing an exceptional customer experience, assisting the pharmacist, and performing various operational duties within the store. Responsibilities include customer service, checkout, inventory management, pharmacy support, and maintaining store appearance. The position also requires adherence to legal and company policies, ongoing training, and flexibility in work hours.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting and offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Share and model customer service best practices, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service; recommend products and assist with locating items.
• Handle transactions, including cash handling, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and manage inventory.
• Support pharmacy operations by entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy.
• Report prescription errors promptly and adhere to pharmacy policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with inventory management, store displays, and product placement.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web order pickups.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training and education.

Additional Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
