The role involves delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience through courteous, friendly, and efficient service at the checkout. Assists the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, utilizing pharmacy systems to access patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides fast, friendly service; recommends products and assists in locating items.
• Handles transactions, including voids, refunds, and exchanges; maintains store cleanliness and inventory records.
• Supports pharmacy operations by entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and verifying accuracy.
• Reports prescription errors and complies with pharmacy policies and legal requirements.
• Processes third-party claims and supports inventory management activities.
• Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products and maintains displays and product placement.
• Provides photo services, manages web order pickups, and maintains store appearance.
• Adheres to company policies, fosters respectful coworker relationships, and completes assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
