Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales, provides courteous checkout service, and assists the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy tasks, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
- Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares customer service best practices.
- Provides efficient service, recommends products, manages transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports inventory and pharmacy operations.
- Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, processes claims, and supports pharmacy and store activities.
- Provides customer service in photo services and web order pickups, and maintains store appearance.
- Participates in training, maintains certifications, and works flexible hours.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
- Good math, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control are preferred.
- PTCB certification is preferred.
