Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales, provides courteous checkout service, and assists the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy tasks, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
3. Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares customer service best practices.
4. Provides efficient service, recommends products, manages transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports inventory and pharmacy operations.
5. Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, processes claims, and supports pharmacy and store activities.
6. Provides customer service in photo services and web order pickups, and maintains store appearance.
7. Participates in training, maintains certifications, and works flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control are preferred.
• PTCB certification is preferred.
