Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
5. Recommend items for sale, assist in stock management, and perform pharmacy duties such as entering patient information, filling prescriptions, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
6. Provide customer service in various store areas, including photo services and web order pickups.
7. Participate in training and personal development, maintain certifications, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
